During hot weather, Betta Butta purchased can melt during shipping. Simply put the product in a cool place or the refrigerator until it becomes firmer if melting occurs. The melting will not affect the quality of the anti-chaffing cream, but the consistency & volume will change (although it was previously filled to the rim, the jar will not appear completely full).

On warm days please keep your Betta Butta Anti-chaffing Cream out of direct sunlight. Remember, Betta Butta Anti-chaffing cream is made to "melt" at external body temperature. Betta Butta Anti-chaffing cream will NOT be refunded if it melts.
